Brad is managing partner and co-founder of TriPost Capital Partners and is responsible for investment strategy, target company identification, transaction execution and investment oversight. Prior to founding TriPost, Brad served as managing director at Madison International Realty, with primary responsibility for creating and implementing Madison’s investment strategy in the United States. While at Madison, Brad was a member of the firm’s investment and management committees. Prior to joining Madison, Brad was a managing director at Tishman Speyer, where he handled various investment related responsibilities, including the acquisitions function in the New York, Southern California and Midwest regions and portfolio management for Brazilian and Chinese emerging market real estate funds over his nine-year tenure. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Brad held analyst positions with Bear Stearns and The Weitzman Group, a boutique real estate advisor in New York City. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.

Todd is managing partner and co-founder of TriPost Capital Partners and is primarily responsible for investment strategy, capital markets, investor relations and investment oversight. Prior to founding TriPost, Todd served as managing director of Equity Capital Markets at Madison International Realty, where he was responsible for developing and executing the company’s capital-raising strategy. While at Madison, Todd was a member of the firm’s investment and management committees. Prior to Madison, Todd was with Tishman Speyer for six years as managing director and head of global business development and global leasing. In addition, Todd worked with the Equity Capital Markets group, primarily focused on client relations and fundraising activities in the United States. Todd joined Tishman Speyer in 2005 as a member of the leadership development program, where he worked in New York leasing, acquisitions and asset management. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.

Evan joined TriPost in 2017 as a managing director responsible for portfolio management and new business. Prior to joining TriPost, Evan spent 10 years on the investment team at Madison International Realty. At Madison, he served as director and co-head of US Investments, and was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and deal execution on joint ventures in office, multifamily, and retail properties. While at Madison, Evan was a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to Madison, Evan worked at Metropolitan Real Estate Investors as an analyst and focused on New York City office acquisitions. Evan began his career in 2005 at Rockrose Development Corporation, where he focused on New York City and Washington, D.C. office acquisitions and dispositions. Evan graduated from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

Jonathan is the director of finance and responsible for the oversight of TriPost’s accounting, tax and financial reporting requirements, as well as for establishing and maintaining a sound control environment within the Firm. As director of finance, Jonathan also plays an integral role in ensuring the operations of the Firm are SEC compliant. Prior to joining TriPost, Jonathan was a manager at CohnReznick in the real estate practice group. Jonathan was primarily responsible for conducting audits of private equity real estate funds, developers and properties, as well as for providing transactional due diligence and financial reporting consultation. Jonathan received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Muhlenberg College and is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of New York.

David joined TriPost in early 2019 and is a managing director responsible for portfolio management and new business. Prior to joining TriPost, David spent 13 years at Tishman Speyer in a variety of roles in their asset management and portfolio management divisions. He managed a variety of private equity funds and assets, as well as handling sale, recapitalization and joint venture transactions. Most recently, David oversaw Tishman Speyer-held operating companies. David graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Michael joined TriPost in 2019 as an investment analyst and now works as an investment associate responsible for sourcing and executing on new investments and managing existing investments at the firm. Prior to joining TriPost, Michael worked as an analyst at Citi Community Capital, the community development lending and investing group of Citi. Prior to Citi, Michael worked as an analyst at Freddie Mac Multifamily on its production and sales team.

Michael graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Kasia joined TriPost in 2018 as an investment analyst and now works as an investment associate responsible for sourcing and executing on new investments and managing existing investments. Prior to joining TriPost, Kasia was an investment analyst at Arkhouse Partners, where she led investment procurement and asset management efforts around opportunistic real estate acquisitions in the Tristate area, and a financial analyst at CBRE, where she assisted in data analytics for the industrial brokerage team.

Kasia graduated from University of Pennsylvania’s The Wharton School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a concentration in Operations, Information and Decisions.

Christopher joined TriPost in 2019 and is a Director on the investment team responsible for sourcing and executing on new investments and managing existing investments at the firm. Prior to joining TriPost, Christopher was an investment associate on the U.S. Opportunistic Equity and Debt team at Colony Capital, Inc.

Christopher graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Sean joined TriPost in 2022 as an investment analyst responsible for sourcing and executing new investments and managing existing investments.  Prior to joining TriPost, Sean was an investment banking analyst at Baird in the firm’s Real Estate Investment Banking group, where he primarily focused on the group’s private capital and advisory practice including entity level investments and joint venture structures as well as the groups M&A practice.

Sean graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a concentration in Finance & Real Estate.

Jennifer joined TriPost in 2022 as an Operations Analyst responsible for maintaining TriPost’s accounting, tax, and financial reporting functions. Prior to joining TriPost, Jennifer was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in the Private Equity/ Investment Management Tax group.

Jennifer graduated from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting, and a Master of Accounting. Jennifer is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of New York.

Devon joined TriPost in December 2021 as an operations analyst responsible for maintaining TriPost’s accounting, tax, and financial reporting functions. Prior to joining TriPost, Devon was a senior associate at KPMG in the Mergers & Acquisitions tax group.

Devon graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and a Masters in Accounting. Devon is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of New York.

Shannon joined TriPost in 2022 as the Equity Capital Markets Coordinator. Prior to joining TriPost, Shannon worked as a Research Assistant in the Neuroscience and Development (FEND) Laboratory at the University of Pittsburgh and has extensive experience in biomedical, data driven research.

Shannon graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and minor in Chemistry.

Nana joined TriPost in May 2023 as an investment analyst responsible for executing on new investments and managing existing investments. Prior to joining TriPost, Nana was an Investment Analyst at Cabot Properties, where he worked in industrial real estate acquisitions and developments.  Nana graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate.

Pete joined TriPost in 2022 as an investment analyst responsible for sourcing and executing on new investments and managing existing investments. Prior to joining TriPost, Pete worked as a private equity summer analyst at Stonebridge Partners.

Pete graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and concentration in Finance and Business Analytics.

Peter joined TriPost in June 2023 as an investment analyst responsible for executing on new investments and managing existing investments. Prior to joining TriPost, Peter was a summer analyst at Goedecke & CO., where he worked with industrial and multifamily underwriting.  He graduated from College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and obtained a Master of Science in Real Estate on the Private Equity track from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Allyson joined TriPost in February 2023 as an executive assistant responsible for managing the administrative duties for the Investment Team. Prior to joining TriPost, Allyson worked as the Marketing Manager at PAYRO Finance to their expansion into the FinTech Industry.  Allyson graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
